How to Register

Registration for RECOMB 2025 and the Satellite Conferences will be conducted through our registration website. Payment may be made via credit card or bank transfer. Your registration will be considered complete only once the payment is successfully processed and you have received a confirmation email.

The registration fees for RECOMB 2025 covers attendance at all talks and panels for the respective conference, gala dinner (Academic & Industry), lunch on all conference days, refreshments during coffee breaks.
Please note that the gala dinner is not included in the Postdoc and Student registration fees; however, tickets for the gala dinner may be purchased separately until March 15, 2025.
Satellite registrants may attend any satellite session of their choice.
However, we request that attendees indicate their preferred main satellite on the registration form, which will assist us in assigning an appropriately sized conference room for each satellite event. Additionally, when completing your registration, please confirm your attendance at any associated events, in accordance with your registration type. This will significantly aid us in effectively coordinating event logistics.

The early registration deadline is 23:59 (KST) March 15, 2025. After this date, all registration fees will increase by $100 (late registration)

For cancellation or registration modifications, please email recomb2025@pcojeong.com. All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the RECOMB 2025 Secretariat (recomb2025@pcojeong.com). Refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing by 23:59 (KST) April 3, 2025, minus a processing fee of $50. No refunds will be issued after this date. Please note that refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the registration.
Refunds will be processed in the same currency and through the same method as the original payment. Credit card refunds will be credited to the card used for the payment, and wire transfer refunds will be sent back to the account from which the payment was made. Wire transfers will be processed after the conclusion of the RECOMB 2025 conference.

Individuals are solely responsible for making and cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. Please remember that cancelling or changing your registration will not automatically cancel or change any hotel and travel arrangements you may have made. The RECOMB conference takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses, should you cancel or change your conference registration, or should RECOMB 2025 be cancelled, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
